Product Feature
1.) Drawing capstans are driven individully and the conductor wire will skid a little. Conductor wire wraps drawing capstans several rounds which ensure the good quality of wire.
2.)Drawing capstans are coated with 1.2mm tungsten carbide, degree of finish is up to 1.6.
3）Drawing capstans are cooled by water in the capstans which ensure the wire not to hot.
4)There are guide rings on the drawing capstan which ensure the wire run wihout skewing.
5) It’s easy ot operate and maintain by using SIEMENS colourful touch-screen to show and set the relevant technological specification.
6)This machine is provided with printing device which can print production label.
7.)Welders are able to weld ≮Φ27 copper or copper alloy rod.
